Flea market: Rotes Kreuz Flöhmarkt

Mark in your calendar this date if you are a vintage lover and you enjoy rummaging around in flea markets. The Rotes Kreuz Flöhmarkt is probably the biggest flea market celebrated in Munich, so get up early and take your time to visit all the stalls this market has to offer.

Every year, Theresienwiese, the area that hosts Oktoberfest, becomes a huge second-hand market where people can find everything, from furniture to clothes, vinyl records, books and original and peculiar objects. They begin at the same time as the Frühlingfest do, so if you need some rest after shopping, you can always grab a beer there. More than 3,000 exhibitors and 40,000 visitors are expected.
