Politics of algorithms – Art, Life, Artificial Intelligence

What is the relationship between art and the Internet? Are the algorithms evil or they came to save our lives? Must the art change its state of mind and adapt to the Information age? Or it should its way in the analog resources? All of these questions will be answered at the festival Politics of algorithms – Art, Life, Artificial Intelligence.
From the 11th to the 16th of June, the Münchner Kammerspiele will present a series of lectures and panels that will shed light to this matter, with artificial intelligence, robotics and their interaction with humans and their influence in social, political and economic aspects as the main topic. Dirk Baecker, the sociologist that had recently published the book “4.0, oder Die Lücke die der Rechner lässt” (4.0, or The Gap the Computer Leaves) will open the festival with a keynote. Other highlighted acts are the concert of Amnesia Scanner: Another Life, the performance Deep Present by Jisun Kim, or the different AI Discourse lectures about feminism, politics, identity, theater or pop culture.
