Tunix Open Air
June 17 @ 12:00 pm - June 21 @ 11:00 pmFree
The summer is the time where the classes come to its end for students, and it’s time to celebrate that they don’t have to go to lectures anymore (at least until the next semester begins).
For 38 years, the students of TUM University organize a little festival to celebrate the end of the university course called TUNIX. The meadow between the Glyptothek and the cafeteria building is transformed into an open-air area with a Biergarten (beer garden) and a concert stage. A place to meet up and enjoy a cold beer, eat something, and dance to local bands like Life on Wheels, Lilli Rubin, Kung Fu Garage, The Governors, Orange Fizz, Springstories or Tydes, to name a few. The TUNIX festival will have music for every taste, from funk to pop, ska, and rock, and every day of the week from the 17th to the 21st of June.
